We want you to shop with confidence. Return requests must be submitted through our Contact page within 7 calendar days of delivery and approved before an item is sent back.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging.
- Items showing wear, alteration, damage after delivery or missing tags may not be accepted.
- Customised, altered, final-sale and gift-card purchases are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, return or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
